PLEASE NOTE - We are happy to fit parts sourced from other stores/online, If you are supplying your own parts for repair or service & these parts are incorrect causing the work not to be started or completed on the allocated day there may be a charge for time loss & having to re schedule works / our day.
We are happy to fit customer sourced parts from online store or other businesses, there maybe a increase in labour charge if we have given time & information requested to make a purchase / acted as a consultant to aid the purchase of said products.
COLLECTIONS - We ask all of our customers to arrange collections with me at their soonest opportunity to keep our repair times down to a minimum & free up space in the workshop for new work & other customers coming in.
TRIKES & CARGO BIKES NOW WELCOME WITH ADVANCE NOTICE
FROM 2025 To avoid a cleaning charge, I'm ask for all bikes being dropped off for work to be clean & free from heavy dirt deposits.
Bikes don't need to be sparkling clean, just not caked in dirt or heavily clogged with grease.

Some jobs maybe charged with a working of £45 p/h split down to 15min

> The 'Workshop Price Guide' is to be used as a guide only, repair & servicing prices are subject to change due to the amount of time, skill & knowledge given, on inspection a more accurate quote can be given. Every cycle is treated & priced individually as no two used bikes require the same amount of work.
> All cycle work is completed with a road test. (weather permitting)
> Work report & itemised invoicing.
> Repair & service work is completed with genuine products, parts & lubricants, when possible or otherwise instructed.
> Any temporary repairs agreed to be completed between the workshop mechanic & customer is not guaranteed & used at customers discretion.
> When having a stuck seatpost removed with our custom seatpost puller we will verbally advise & talk through the risks involved or direct to read through the seatpost removals page. A verbal agreement is made that the customer understands & excepts the risks involved of the removal attempt.

Gears & brakes often go out of adjustment with regular use, get your bike shifting & stopping as it should.

Road test
General Service -
Regular servicing is key to making sure your bike is ready to enjoy and ride.
We road test your cycle, provide a full written report with any advisories & give a itemised invoice.
What we complete in our 'General Cycle Service'
Inspect gears & brakes for wear & function
Inspect cables for wear/damage & function
Setup & adjust gearing & braking components
Lubricate gearing
Inspect disc brake pads & rotors / rim braking surface for wear
Brakes bled if required (extra cost applies)
All bolts & fixings checked & set to torque values
Bearings checked for wear
Wheels checked for tension & alignment
Frame inspection safety check
Seatpost coated in 'anti seize' grease, seat tube reamed & hone if required
Check tyres for wear/damage & set to recommended pressures
Written Report, recommendations & notes
Road test
